Privacy notice: applying to Atlas

Who we are

Atlas Sales Agency Belgium (company number BE 0766.673.449), Rue du Marteau 81, 1000 Brussels, Belgium (“Atlas”, “we”) is responsible for the personal data you share when you apply to work with us. That includes applications on atlas-sales-agency.be, on atlasleads.eu, through a referral link or with the help of an Atlas team member. For any question or request about your data, email info@atlas-sales-agency.be.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your full name, phone number, email address, age and preferred office.
• How your application reached us: for example our website, a referral link (and which Atlas team member shared it) or a conversation with our team. We also record which version of this notice you saw and when you agreed to be contacted.
• Technical data that protects our forms: when you use one of our application forms, an automated anti-spam check runs (Cloudflare Turnstile). We keep a scrambled, one-way (hashed) version of your IP address and browser details to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your data to review your application, contact you about working with Atlas, arrange calls and interviews, and manage our recruitment. We also use it to protect our forms against spam and abuse. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Why we may use it

• To take the steps you ask for before a possible working relationship, that is, to handle your application.
• Our legitimate interest in organising our recruitment and keeping our forms secure.
• Your consent, where we ask for it (for example, to contact you). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Who can see it

Only Atlas team members who need it for recruitment, and service providers that run our systems for us: hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and error monitoring (Sentry, which is set up not to receive your application details). They may only use your data on our instructions. We never sell your data.

Where your data is stored

Your application data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Applications sent through the form on atlas-sales-agency.be go directly to our recruitment system; the website itself does not keep them. Some providers belong to international groups or run global networks, such as Cloudflare. Where personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Website statistics

On atlasleads.eu we use privacy-friendly statistics without cookies to understand visits and the devices used. Your form answers and contact details are never part of these statistics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@atlas-sales-agency.be. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
